The thoughts that we constantly repeat to ourselves in our minds can be our own worst enemy. They shape our perception of the world and how it operates, often leading to misguided assumptions.
We make assumptions about those around us, clinging to a rigid paradigm of understanding that hinders us from seeing the clear, bigger picture and embracing the truth that resides in all things.
It is crucial to recognize that you are loved, and if you don’t feel that love, it’s because you haven’t allowed it to flourish within you. To experience the state of love, we must release the hate that we have clung onto, perhaps for generations.
It is not that you are broken; rather, science has yet to explore the depths of why we experience the thoughts we do. If it had, we wouldn’t be engaged in this conversation, and you wouldn’t be reading these words.
Please understand that you do matter. Your self-worth is not dependent on external validation but stems from the pride you have in yourself and the acceptance of who you truly are.
Find joy and contentment in your own space, for it is in solitude that we often experience the truest form of happiness. Let go of shame and guilt, as they serve no purpose in propelling us forward. Instead, let us change the narrative of how we perceive the world and cultivate happiness within ourselves.
Happiness is not something we seek externally; rather, it is nurtured within us. Embody the emotion of joy and allow it to permeate every fiber of your being.
However, if you find yourself struggling to find joy, it may be necessary to ground yourself and release the sadness that resides within you. This process can have a profound impact on your very molecular structure, enabling you to experience profound happiness.
If you find it challenging to undertake this journey alone, I offer free classes six times a week. Through these classes, I teach a methodology that empowers you to ground yourself and become a guiding light for those around you. Together, we can create a brighter tomorrow.
Namaste 🙏
