When you start to delve into deep questions like
“What is reality?”,
it really tests your capacity for understanding and reveals the type of person you are.
For some, this question may seem too much, while for others, it’s simply beyond comprehension.
However, for people like me, these inquiries spark the same level of interest that others find in simpler pleasures like watching football. There’s nothing wrong with either perspective, but if you find yourself discussing these topics in spaces where you feel unwelcome, it can highlight a sense of misalignment on your part.
Since I’ve reached a state of enlightenment, my life has transformed into a grand science experiment. I observe everything from my body to the transformations I’m undergoing, to my work and my abilities—everything changes based on the variables I encounter.
The deeper I explore, the more these variables present themselves easily. When you understand how things work, there’s no need for guesswork.
The Bible mentions that everything around us unfolds according to God’s plan, and while you don’t need to grasp the entirety of that plan, what if you figured it out?
Understanding why things happen as they do is worth sharing and respecting yourself enough to stand tall for your beliefs, even in the face of doubt from others.
For example, I often talk about how our bodies are temples, emphasizing the dominant side as a representation of self. But what about the non-dominant side?
For many, this part tends to break down more often unless they’re dealing with significant stress or trauma directed at one’s self.
If someone lacks joy and love for themselves, that’s where they need to start working on their healing. Healing how you feel about yourself is much easier than healing how you feel about others.
Fixing the non-dominant side is a different challenge altogether, as it requires changing not just actions, but also mannerisms and thoughts.
In my case, being right-handed means my left side feels disconnected; it seems to belong to everyone I interact with and shifts based on my environment and who I interact with.
This concept governs what the Bible describes as “God’s Plan.” It represents a co-creation of the energy within you in relation to the energy present in others. Essentially, it’s a vast mathematical equation that we have often misunderstood. At its core, everything is directed by thoughts that generate the emotional energy embedded within our physical selves.
I have no doubt that along my journey, I will overcome these challenges and become even stronger, with an energy so powerful it can illuminate the darkness around me without the need to feel the darkness within others harm me.
However, cultivating that strength takes time, meditation, and a commitment to healing and letting go of aspects of myself that no longer serve me.
Recently, I encountered a situation that illustrated this journey—a client came in without following the usual intake process and claimed to have a 2 o’clock appointment when I already had another client. Their energy felt off, and I sensed a struggle in their ability to listen and connect to others perspectives.
They expressed frustration about my voicemail not being set up, inability to have an appointment till next month and while their attitude was somewhat rude, I chose to let it slide.
Just because someone is low vibrational doesn’t mean I have to let their darkness affect me. I did find it interesting how their presence made me experience their reality. During this interaction I called my business phone in their presence and it was indeed not setup.
After our interaction when I was alone, I checked my voicemail, and it worked perfectly, showing how their negativity impacted our experience in my business. Similarly, I’ve noticed that my candles, which light my workspace, often die when I’m around low energy. I purposely only change one battery to observe the degradation of the energy of others on my space.
This experience underscores how reality operates according to that equation. It’s only when you decide not to participate in the vibrational issues that contribute to the mental health epidemic we are currently facing that true change can occur.
Additionally, it emphasizes the importance of pruning relationships and environments that do not align with your higher path, as they can hinder your growth and well-being.
When you walk this journey I’ve chosen, you can only heal the cracks within yourself when you’re in your own space.
As I heal, I can help others who are struggling with their darkness. Stepping into my world means entering the energy I’ve cultivated, leaving behind the burdens of who you are around others. Negative energy seeks out higher vibrations, and until there’s a shift in the collective energy, nothing changes.
Choosing to be a source of light—beyond just actions or thoughts—can be overwhelming for many.
Healing involves confronting the monsters within and releasing their energy to allow light to shine through. While I can’t say what lies beyond this life, I know that your choices in each moment dictate your experiences, affecting you on a spiritual and energetic level.
If you choose to dwell in hatred and sadness, you’ll drain those around you and find yourself constantly replacing technology and relationships.
I once walked that path, but taking the high road means embracing light instead of dimming it. When you start viewing everything through the lens of energy, you begin to understand individuals at their core, beyond words and actions. This awareness leads to self-discovery and illuminates the energy you share with the world.
Namaste 🙏
